Khachapuri

Khachapuri is Georgia's traditional Suluguni cheese-stuffed bread. Different regions have their own variations. Two of the most popular are Megruli (with double-cheese) and Adjaruli - basically a big open canoe of dough filled with molten cheese and topped with a raw egg.
